Creative Brief
A creative brief is created through initial meetings, interviews, and discussions. It’s between clients and designers or developers before any work begins.
Research
Before we start, we will do an in-depth research base on the information provided by the clients. It’s to make sure the future work will suit client’s needs.
Design & Development
Design and develop base on the research and the information provided by clients. We will keep in touch with the clients to make sure things are going right.
Corrections
We will discuss with the clients about the feedback from the first review. And finish corrections base on the client’s advice.
Final Corrections & Delivery
We will do the final corrections and deliver the final products to clients. Necessary training will be provided to the clients for future management.
Technical Support
We provide free technical support for our clients after the final delivery. Keep them out of troubles.
Deposit
Usually, the clients need to pay a deposit in three days after signing the contract. The amount is normally 50% of the total price.
Client’s Preparation
To make sure the work will be delivered on time, the clients need to prepare resources base on the guideline we provide.
First Review
At certain stage, we will arrange a meeting with the clients for the first review. The clients can give advice for future corrections and changes.
Final Review
We love to hear from our clients. Before delivery, the clients will have a final review on the products, and give opinions for corrections.
Final Payment
The clients will need to pay the remaining service fees in 5 business days after the final delivery.
